Product Description

With its cute and colorful frog design, the Fisher-Price Precious Planet Froggy Friend Potty helps make potty training less stressful and more fun. Designed to be inviting, so your child feels less intimidated by the whole training process, this adorable potty has smooth edges and is easy to use and clean. Perfect for the time when your child is ready to forgo diapers but is still too young to try sitting on the toilet, this potty features both kid- and parent-friendly perks for convenient use.

Handles make toddlers feel secure. Integrated splash guard for boys.

Removable bucket makes for easy cleanup.
Helps Build Potty Confidence and Reduces Fear
Every kid needs a friend during the potty training process. Seeing a smiling frog face can help your little one enjoy sitting on his potty without fear. The comfortable, stable seat is perfect for long-term sitting, whether your child wants to just look at books and play, or whether he's ready to take the next step.

Toddler-Friendly Design Helps Your Child Become Independent
The Froggy Friend Potty has a simple, straightforward design that toddlers can easily handle. It's low to the ground, so your child can get on and off by himself, and the removable bucket is the right size for little hands to lift and empty into the toilet. There's also a handle on the back that your child can use to move the potty around or to take it with him from room to room.

Easy for Parents to Clean and Assemble
As easy for parents to care for as it is fun for toddlers to use, the Froggy Friend Potty is an affordable alternative to transitioning your child too quickly to the "big boy" or "big girl" toilet. It also features an integrated splashguard for boys, and it's a snap to clean. Just empty the bucket and wash with soap and water.

The Froggy Friend Potty measures approximately 14.5 x 9.5 x 15 inches (WxHxL).

Just what I was looking for

This is the 4th training potty that I purchased for my son. I knew that my husband would give me a hard time about it, but this time I knew I'd finally found the right one and it IS.
1. Simple two-piece design with smooth curves and built-in splash guard. Do NOT ever waste your money on a potty with a removable splash guard if you have a boy. It's easy to empty and easy to clean.
2. Nice big bowl-- if your kid is sitting on the potty, then everything's going to go where it's supposed to go. No messes.
3. It's a FROG! My son LOVES it! We also have the regular Bjorn potty and it is just as good (just a lot more money). But it's plain and boring and my son didn't get excited about it. With the frog, he WANTS to use it. We were finally able to kick-start the process. Now we use the frog downstairs and the Bjorn upstairs and it works great. If I'd found this sooner, we would have TWO frogs!
Thrilled!

I never thought I'd be thrilled over a potty chair, but I am. My two year old grandson lives with me. He's a big boy for his age. From the age of 18 months I've been trying to find a potty chair that fits him. Usually the splash guards are too low or he's just not comfortable on the chair. I tried at least five different potty chairs with no success. He refused to sit on any of them long enough to do anything. Then, I found the potty frog at Target for $12.99. To me it looked too small and low for him, but I thought what the heck, I'll buy it and if it doesn't work I'll return it. After I got the potty frog home my grandson sat on it right away with his clothes on! He didn't want to get off of it. I did manage to get his diaper off and he immediately sat and peed in it. WOW! We've only had it a couple of months and he's already done number 2 several times and potties in the potty frog at least once a day at his request. I often find him sitting on the potty frog with his clothes on reading a book. That's how comfortable it is. It's also easy to empty and clean. I recommend this potty chair highly and especially for any child who's big for their age.
best one for boys - also good for girls

I'm potty training boy/girl twins right now, and we have three different styles of potty chairs (this froggy one, a stepstool/potty chair/toilet seat style, and an old under-the-seat bucket style). I agree with the other reviewer - this one is by far the best for boys. (Also great for girls - we have the pink version, too.)

I delayed my son's potty training because the little cup on his other potty chair made him seem so cramped & uncomfortable. I also had to watch him every minute to make sure he was still "in position" and wouldn't spray all over the room. My son saw this potty chair in a store and wanted it, so I decided to give it a try. Within a week, he was dry more than half the time. The design forces him to sit in the right position so he'll always hit the front wall. He can sit on it by himself as long as he wants, and I never have to worry about whether he's going to miss and make a mess.

Another thing I hated about potty training was the disgusting crevices that I had to clean out. The bowl on this potty chair is smoothly contoured and completely seamless. There is no place for germs to collect. Even the handles are all one piece with the bowl, and I can lift the whole thing out & dump it without getting my fingers anywhere close to the mess.

This doesn't have the bells & whistles of one of the three-in-one that I bought. There's no stepstool, and it doesn't transition to a toilet seat. But the other one just didn't work for my son, so it was pointless to buy it.

My daughter was using a hand-me-down bucket style chair that was just plain gross to clean. It seemed like she was uncomfortable on it, too. I let her pick her own new chair, and she chose the pink version of this one. That was a week ago, and she has been dry all day for several days now. I think it's just a lot more comfortable and fun for the kids to use.
A DREAM COME TRUE!!!

After reading the reviews of many potty seats, I decided to buy this frog potty. My son is a big 2 year old and wouldn't fit on just any potty. He is over 38 1/2 inches tall and weighs about 37 pounds. This potty is simply perfect. It is easy for him to sit on as well as not worry about any splashes on the floor. The eyes on the frog are high enough to cover any mistakes a boy may normally have on a standard potty. He even told grandma that she must get a frog for her house. Within a week or so of having the frog in our home, he is already going on his own to the potty. Thanks again for making my potty training days a whole lot easier!!!
Excellent!

My son loves his new potty! It's the perfect size for him and he loves to sit there and read books. No sharp edges that can scratch tender spots as he gets on and off, and easy to empty and clean. I do wish it had rubber feet on the bottom as he likes to "ride" it around the bathroom, but he has lots of fun with it.
